The concept
Gioco is a relaxed fresh pasta bar near Hanoi's French Quarter—fast enough for lunch, special enough for dinner.
We make our pasta in-house, pair it with honest Italian sauces, and leave space for a few ideas inspired by the city around us. No theatre. No overcomplication. Just generous plates, warm service and food worth coming back for.
